DESCRIPTION
After updating to plasma 6.8 wifi doesn't connect when waking from sleep.
The network manager continuously tells me it's waiting for authentication.
A full reboot of the system fixes the issue, only restarting the
network-manager doesn't.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on PC, it automatically connects to known wifi
2. Turn PC to sleep
3. Wake PC
OBSERVED RESULT
PC doesn't connect to wifi, continuously waits for authentication
EXPECTED RESULT
PC connects to wifi
