DESCRIPTION
If the X11 window tasks model discovers a window as transient for an existing
task window, subsequently removing its WM_TRANSIENT_FOR property can leave it
missing from the Task Manager until plasmashell is restarted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a Plasma X11 session with the Icons-and-Text Task Manager and task
grouping disabled
2. Open a project in Ghidra
3. Double-click on a program to open it in the CodeBrowser
OBSERVED RESULT
The CodeBrowser window opens, but only the project window (titled "Ghidra:
project") is visible on the Task Manager.
EXPECTED RESULT
The CodeBrowser window opens, and both the project window as well as the
CodeBrowser (titled "CodeBrowser: project:/program") are visible on the Task
Manager.
OR, using the attached Java reproducer, follow its prompts and note which
windows appear (or rather do not appear) in the task manager.
To build and run the reproducer:
```
javac AwtTransientRepro.java
java AwtTransientRepro
java AwtTransientRepro --keep-focus
```
You might have to try it a few times, as reproducing the bug requires Plasma to
discover the window after AWT sets the transient hint.
The `--keep-focus` case demonstrates an issue that becomes apparent after the
initial bug (with the ex-transient window not appearing on the Task Manager) is
fixed, where the active window on the Task Manager is not the same as the
focused window in KWin.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I plan to file a MR to address this bug. The MR also addresses the active-task
highlight on the task manager not matching the actual focused window after the
focused window’s WM_TRANSIENT_FOR property is removed.
