When the bookmark bar contains a folder, clicking on it displays a menu with
the bookmarks contained in the folder.
When the bookmark bar contains two folders, if the first folder's menu is
shown, in order to show the menu of the second folder the user has to first
click to have the first folder's menu closed, then click again to open the
second folder's menu.
I posit that it would greatly improve usability if, once a folder menu is
displayed, any other folders' menus would be automatically opened on hover
(with the apparent effect that folder menus follow the mouse).
