DESCRIPTION
Starting with
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/breeze-icons/-/commit/3719ad1c69f5944dd37be415e0cd92d5d46f4037,
Kickoff icon "start-here-kde-symbolic.svg" started using its 24px (probably @2x
so 48px) variant vs its 32px one. It is probably preferring the larger one
because its QML size is iconSizes.huge=64px

The 24px icon variants are symlinks to "folder-activities.svg" while the 32px
icon is a symlink to the proper "start-here-kde.svg", which are different
looking (see attachment).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use default panel where the icon renders on a 32px bounding box
2. Build master breeze-icons and apply with kde-builder then refreshing sysext
3. Restart Plasmashell with `plasmashell --replace` in KRunner
OBSERVED RESULT
Kickoff icon becomes smaller because it's using the 24px variant which is a
different icon.
