I'm pretty sure I didn't assign it Dwell Clicker myself. I don't even remember Dwell Clicker being there. Was it added in 6.8? Anyway, this time when I assigned the shortcut (still via the UI) to Audio Volume and removed it from Dwell Clicker it started working, opening Audio Volume started working again.
