My setup is:
Two monitors
Right one is primary
Both of them are 1080p, but the left one is 24" and the right one 27"

If I set the option to the notifications to appear in the top right of my
screen, this is what happens:
If I add the notification icon on the left monitor, the notification appears on
the right monitor.
If I add the notification icon in the right monitor, the notification appears
on the left monitor.

But, if I set the option to the notifications appear next to its icon, it
doesn't matter if I set the notification icon on the left or right monitor, it
always appear on 0x0 (which is on the left monitor at top left)

Sorry if I'm not being clear here, english is not my main language :P
