            Bug ID: 527448
Summary: krunner window closes abruptly under wayland
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: krunner
      Version First 6.7.5
       Reported In:
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected], [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
I am using KRunner under wayland, with LXQT desktop and sway compositor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start krunner in either foreground or daemon
2. open up krunner window thru keyboard shortcut, DBUS or executing `krunner`
command
3. move the mouse onto the window, then off; or start typing into the window

OBSERVED RESULT
The krunner window abruptly closes. If I re-open it, then the first character
or two of what I was typing is now in the bar. But I can't type more than two
or three characters without the window closing.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not close. Krunner runs totally fine under LXQT+i3 in X11. The
problem happens under Wayland.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5 (though the bug has been since earlier versions)
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.29.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
LXQT: 2.4.0
sway: 1.12

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I don't think it's a plugin problem, because I disabled all plugins in
`krunnerrc` and it still closes the window.

This is not the infamous nvidia eglSwapBuffers problem of #515786 because I'm
running on an Intel integrated GPU.
