Issue in Dolphin with Union
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Hover over an item.
3. Look at the bottom-left corner of the window.
OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip lacks its round corner and outline.
EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip should have its round corner and outline.
