Pushed by vladz into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. kwin/windowswitchers: use non-grabbing popup window type Qt.Popup gives the window a popup grab, so the popup input filter closes it on window activation. The tabbox itself still holds the input grab, so you can still interact with it, just not visually. With Qt.ToolTip, we still get the same effects, but the popup input filter no longer applies to it.
