Description:
After updating to Plasma 6.8.0, notification popups are not rendered correctly
for the first 20–35 seconds.
Symptoms:
Popup appears as an empty/blurry dark rectangle in the bottom-right corner
After ~20–35 seconds the actual content (text, icon) suddenly appears in the
same popup
With Blur effect disabled → nothing is shown at all
With Blur enabled → only the blurred rectangle is visible until content finally
renders
Affects notify-send, browser notifications, and system notifications
Notification delivery itself works (history, etc.)

Logs while triggering a notification:
textplasmashell: No QSGTexture provided from updateSampledImage(). This is
wrong.
(repeated multiple times)

Steps to reproduce:
Plasma 6.8.0 on Wayland
Run: notify-send "Test" "This should be visible immediately" -t 30000
Observe bottom-right corner
Expected result:
Notification content is visible immediately.
Observed result:
Blank/blurry rectangle for ~20–35 seconds, then content appears.
Systems affected:
EndeavourOS, Plasma 6.8.0, Wayland, Intel Iris Xe (Tiger Lake), Mesa 26.2.4,

Troubleshooting already done (no fix):
Full system update
Restart plasmashell
Switch to Breeze theme/style
Disable Blur effect
Qt Quick software rendering backend
This appears to be a regression in Plasma 6.8 / Qt 6.12 scene graph rendering
of notification popups on Wayland.
