On windows' it is the task manager providing the ability, the primary purpose
being to show RAM/CPU/GPU usage coming from each user but as a side-ability to
be able to sign out another signed in user.
Would you reconsider it making the page primarily for this purpose, and also
preserving the windows' conventions for users?

If you think the RAM/CPU usage part isn't necessary to show, then the ability
to sign out a user probably does belong within system settings. For that,
should i repurpose this bug ticket or open a new one?
