2. connect to the krdp server using mstsc on a windows that has a different
screen resolution than the server.
OBSERVED RESULT
remote desktop remains the resolution of server, does not adapt to resolution
of the client.
EXPECTED RESULT

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. KRdp does not appear to use the initial DesktopWidth and DesktopHeight
settings to initialize the requested stream size.
2. In KPipeWire, PipeWireBaseEncodedStream::setRequestedSize() stores a size
supplied before start(), but start() does not transfer that stored size to the
newly created PipeWireProduce object.
