DESCRIPTION
Pinned icons on the task manager disappear after moving to another monitor.
Clicking on another icon in the task manager or waiting a few seconds causes
the pinned icon to reappear
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin something to the task manager
2. Open it
3. Move it to another monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Pinned icon disappears from original monitor completely for a while
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon should not disappear
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
