Here to add support this feature request. I typically use the same shortcut for
muting or push to talk on every single VOIP app. Discord, Discord Canary,
Fluxer, etc.

Discord has updated their app to support the Global Shortcuts portal (and thus
kglobalacceld), which is great news. However, this meant that I can no longer
use the mute shortcut I always use and have developed muscle memory for. Now,
when I'm in a call, I have to realize what client I'm using to determine what
shortcut I should use. This is very unintuitive.

Please allow me to bind the same exact keyboard shortcut to multiple actions.
