smb: give a file copied from a share the mtime of its source

Copying files from a share to a local folder gave some of them the current time
as their modification time, and always the same files. smbCopyGet() set the
mtime while the destination QFile was still open. QFile keeps a write shorter
than 16 KiB in its buffer, so the end of the file was written when the QFile
was destroyed, after the mtime was set.

The other files got the time from the "modified" metadata through utime(), so
their mtime lost its fraction of a second.

smbCopyGet() now flushes the file, then sets the mtime of the source with
futimens(), with the precision the share reports. A failed flush is reported as
a write error.
