DESCRIPTION
When maximizing a window by dragging it to the top of the screen, the window
maximize (and un-maximize) animations do not play at a consistent speed as they
did in Plasma versions prior to Plasma 6.6. Rather, they sometimes play at the
normal speed (set in System Settings), but other times play faster, and still
other times play instantly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot a KDE Linux live USB
2. Open Dolphin (or any other app)
3. Maximize and unmaximize the window several times, by dragging it to and from
the top edge of the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
The animations play at varying speeds
EXPECTED RESULT
The animation plays at the same speed every time
