DESCRIPTION
On a multi-monitor setup moving the mouse cursor from one monitor to the other
randomly will brighten the monitor the cursor is not on. turning on the setting
prefers color accuracy for both monitors will fix the issue as a bandaid.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set both monitors to prefers efficiency
2. move mouse from one display to another
OBSERVED RESULT
The brightness changes... sometimes to a very high brightness
EXPECTED RESULT
brightness should stay the same
