Issue in System Settings
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a notebook attached to a external screen via HDMI.
2. Go to System Settings > Screen and monitor
3. Close the lid.
OBSERVED RESULT
The entire page flickers for no reason when the screen info is updated.
EXPECTED RESULT
The status should be updated without flickering the entire page.
