vCards from iOS/Nextcloud store phone numbers as e.g. TEL;TYPE=WORK,VOICE or
TEL;TYPE=OTHER,VOICE.
1. OTHER is missing from s_phoneTypes in vcardtool.cpp, so it is silently
discarded. A number marked "Other" ends up with only the Voice flag.
2. PhoneNumber::typeLabel() joins every flag, including Voice. Merkuro
therefore shows "Work/Voice" instead of "Work", and just "Voice" for numbers
that are "Other" in Nextcloud and iOS.
Expected: OTHER is recognised and labelled "Other", and Voice is not shown when
it is combined with another type.
Checked against v6.30.0 and current master.
