Pushed by meven into branch 'master'. copyjob: stat a source folder that is cached only as a listing root When a KCoreDirLister lists a folder but not its parent, the cache holds that folder as the root item of its listing, named ".". CopyJob took the cached entry instead of a stat, and an entry named "." adds no folder to create. Before this change, copying such a folder into another one did not create the folder, and the copy of its first subfolder failed with "Could not make folder". In Dolphin this happens when dragging a removable device from Places after browsing it. Such a source is now stated, as a source that is not cached.
