You can fix the issue by deleting that line, but it's not quite clear whether you should have to. We do some logic to try and find the correct window to map to particular desktop files. This is particularly a problem as a fair number of applications set the wrong data, and would be broken if we don't. But that then causes some other problems, and some recent changes on the kwin side are also possibly relevant, though I thought they'd only apply to sandboxed apps.
