DESCRIPTION
Plasmashell restarts when switching to another TTY and back again, and also
sometimes after locking/sleep but I can't reproduce that consistently.
Open windows are also seen changing dimensions and maximization state.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to another TTY (ctrl+alt+f3)
2. Switch back to the main TTY (ctrl+alt+f1)
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell restarts, the wallpaper slideshow switches, the theme accent color
is updated from wallpaper and the screen freezes for the theme transition, some
windows also get unmaximzed if they were maximized.
EXPECTED RESULT
None of the above happens, as with previous Plasma versions (pre 6.8)
