Add new methods to WSToolUtils to define a dedicated user agent based on application version and project url. Patch O2 API to set this user agent by default everywhere in digiKam tools. NOTE: it must be necessary to patch all other QNetworkRequest instance in digiKam web service tools to set this user agent by default. Currently on Flickr is fully configured like this.
