DESCRIPTION
When Cursor is hidden or changes styles (this is especially noticeable in
gaming) the displayed framerate drops significantly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hide/change cursor. Easiest way is to play a game that uses a hardware
cursor but changes the style or goes hidden when doing specific actions.
2. Watch framerate drop.
3. Once cursor reappears or situates, framerate is restored to what is
normal/expected.
OBSERVED RESULT
Signifigant stutters and framerate drop.
EXPECTED RESULT
Smooth transition.
