Upgrading to `kwin-6.8.1-1` corrupts the external screen, with both
nvidia-open-dkms and nvidia-580xx-dkms.
The glitch shows when you move the cursor. Different visual elements are drawn
incomplete, at different times. If you wait a couple of seconds, everything
ends drawn.
Downgrading to `kwin-6.8.0-1` in isolation solves the issue.
