  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION

I've just played a game that had mmb bound as an input, and when I clicked it,
the feature interfered with it and pretty much nothing happened in game.
I get that this feature can get in the way, but this would make it so there is
at least one less annoyance about it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a game that can use mmb, bind something to it
2. press it inside
3. nothing happens (worst case would probably be is the cursor even flashes
over the game)

EXPECTED RESULT

I don't know if a blanked disallow would be the best, but an option to turn it
off in fullscreen scenarios would be appreciated.

Screen tearing could similarly be turned off for games/ fullscreen contexts.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
