No option for "NEEDSINFO WAITINGFORINFO"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Change a bug's "RESOLVED NOT A BUG" into "NEEDSINFO WAITINGFORINFO".
OBSERVED RESULT
The option is missing. You'll have to update the status twice.
EXPECTED RESULT
The option should be there.
