DESCRIPTION
Using Firefox and xx-pip-v1 enabled via KWIN_WAYLAND_SUPPORT_XX_PIP_V1=1.
Currently PiP windows are placed above EVERY other window. Mostly that's
exactly their point. Unfortunately it gets in the way with any kind of window
which only exists for a few moments upon interaction. I'm thinking menus,
context menus, tool tips and similar.
Ideally these kind of short-live windows would still be places above PiP
windows.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Set KWIN_WAYLAND_SUPPORT_XX_PIP_V1=1 in /etc/environment to enable the new
pip extension.
1. Play a video in Firefox and open it in a PiP window.
2. Open any context menu or tool tip which happens to occupy the same area as
the PiP window.
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu opens behind PiP window.
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu opens in front of PiP window and is interactable.
