Pushed by niccolove into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. wallpapers/color: Set the accent color from the configured color accentColorChanged fell back to Kirigami.ImageColors on the wallpaper item, and the flat rectangle yielded an empty palette. We can simply expose the accentColor directly in the color background.
