Currently, when installing a krunner plugin through knewstuff most of them
won't work right of the bat.
As far as I can see, this has mostly two reasons:
- Krunner itself doesn't seem to reload plugins after installation and needs to
be restarted
- When a plugin creates a dbus service for automatic activation, dbus won't
find this configuration unless it's being told to reload the config, i.e. using
`dbus-send --session --type=method_call --dest=org.freedesktop.DBus
/org/freedesktop/DBus org.freedesktop.DBus.ReloadConfig`
Plugin authors using their own install.sh can work around this by managing all
of this themselves (if they know how to, I don't feel many do), but when using
krunner-plugininstallerrc all you can do is tell the user to reboot for it to
work.
I think this makes for a rather bad user experience and could be easily
improved a lot if knewstuff handled these points itself after installation.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a krunner plugin
OBSERVED RESULT
It won't work and might not even show up in Krunner's / Plasma's Search Plugin
list right away,
The user has to log out and in again for things to work properly.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plugins should be ready right after installation, or the user will think
something didn't work.
