Line in panel empty space menu
DESCRIPTION
Context menus of some places have a horizontal line in them when using 160%
scaling, and on one place under 175% though I don't remember where. The line
color seems to be related to the position on the screen and wallpaper. Monitor
resolution is 3840x2160.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set 160% fractional scaling factor
2. Right clicking in random places
OBSERVED RESULT
Horizontal line in different positions of different menus. I've noticed these
in:
- Title bar
- Plasmashell panel empty space
- KDE Connect in icon tray
- "Move to desktop" -> "Desktop 3" in task bar

Smooth context menu background
