output of drm_info when brightness is set to 100%

DESCRIPTION
HDR gets disabled when screen brightness set to 100%. Any brightness value less
or equal to 99% works perfectly, but 100% disables HDR for all applications.
I've been seeing this issue since I got an HDR monitor over one year ago, so
the only thing I know is that this isn't recent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable HDR in the monitor settings.
2. Start viewing HDR content.
3. Set brightness to 100%

OBSERVED RESULT
HDR disabled at 100% brightness

EXPECTED RESULT
HDR remains working at 100% brightness

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0
Kernel Version: 7.2.11-zen1-1-zen (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
Memory: 16 GiB of RAM (15.5 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am using an AOC AG276QZD2 (the first model, not the one with the 280hz). This
might be a monitor issue, but I don't have a second one to test. I'm using a
multi-monitor setup (only the main one supports HDR), but disabling all but the
main one doesn't resolve it.

I'm happy to provide any info that could help. I attached the output of
`drm_info` when I set the brightness at 100%, but a quick comparison with the
same one at 99% of all of the times the text "HDR" is inside yielded no
differences as far as I could tell.
