Thanks so much for the response! FWIW, I am running Plasma 6.7.4 now.

There is some localization happening indeed now, thank you for that too!

A couple of things (that I'm not sure belong here or in another bug):
- Configuring time display to 12-Hour or "region defaults" drops the whitespace
between date and time now. I see "25/10/26105:58 Π.Μ.", "2026-10-2510:58 Π.Μ."
etc. This is not the case with the 24-Hour setting, which shows up normally (=
space between date and time).
- You mentioned above that "It still uses the upper-case form, because the
clock asks for upper-case AM/PM" -- this may be the underlying cause here, but
that's not addressing the fact that this is not the standard form and, as such,
the field is not localized adequately. IMHO locale-adjusted capitalization is a
part of l10n/i18n. I am Greek and I don't think I've ever seen Π.Μ. and Μ.Μ.
ever capitalized in any user interface. I have only seen Π.Μ/Μ.Μ. very rarely
capitalized, and always in the context of an all-caps title. In this case, the
date component, e.g. in the case of long date, is not capitalized (and it
shouldn't be!), so it's not an all-caps field; capitalizing the time but not
the date is incorrect.
