However, in Qt's QTextBrowser, setting openLinks(false) suppresses openExternalLinks(true) because activateAnchor() emits anchorClicked() and returns before openExternalLinks is evaluated. As a result, clicking http or https links in hover tooltips or Symbol Info did nothing. Handle http and https schemes in the anchorClicked handler by delegating to QDesktopServices::openUrl() and closing the tooltip.
