Since the merge of
https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/merge_requests/1055 ,
MainWindow::readOptions() is no longer called. That among other things sets the
default track height if it is not user-specified - its default value is 0, and
readOptions() in case of that being 0 sets it to something reasonable for the
current UI scale.
For me, I somehow got into a not well reproducible situation when I create a
second sequence, it seems to not have tracks. I have no understanding of why
this only affects the second sequence and onwards and I have no idea why I
could not reproduce this issue. But I believe readOptions not being called is
unintentional in any case.
