DESCRIPTION
>From login screen & the keyboard you are able to spawn an uninteractable
keyboard settings kcm that looks like youd be able to access the rest of
systemsettings if u could get focus on it
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. log out/boot up into plasma login manager
2. Open the keyboard
3. Click the languages button then the settings button
OBSERVED RESULT
Observe the systemsettings open on the IDK kcm
It seems to be impossible to access above the wallpaper but below the greeter.
EXPECTED RESULT
The settings button shouldnt be available.

Operating System:
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 26.08.2
Qt Version: 6.12.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The button is also available on the lock screen but systemsettings spawns
behind the lock screen and is not visible at all. (imo the settings button
shouldnt be available here either.)
