Screen settings

DESCRIPTION
The size of maximized Chromium window is increasing on each minimize/show.
Video: https://my.opendesktop.org/s/Baf9KoE4x2H7RTD
Plasma 6.6 was ok.

I'm using the hidpi screen with the 175% scale.
And i'm running the Chromium browser with the
`--force-device-scale-factor=0.914286458333` flag. This fix is necessary
because, otherwise, the web page would be displayed in Chromium with an
incorrect pixel size (https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40240800).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Chromium with the flag `--force-device-scale-factor=0.914286458333`
2. Maximize Chromium window
3. Minimize window to the taskbar
4. Show window
5. Repeat 3. and 5. steps 20 times

OBSERVED RESULT
Window size is increasing

EXPECTED RESULT
Keep window size
