With updates pending, I quit and relaunched Discover [N] times between [dates] and the "System upgrade" size showed every time, without pressing Refresh. 6.7.5-2 backports MR !1443 (RHBZ #2480694), which changes PackageKitResource::availablePackageId() to return the highest available version instead of the first entry. PackageKitResource::setDetails() only accepts a Details reply whose package ID matches availablePackageId(), so a mismatch there would drop the reply silently and leave the size at 0. I have not verified that this was the cause, but it fits: no other Discover, PackageKit or PackageKit-Qt change occurred in that period. Upstream may land a different patch for !1443, so if "Unknown" returns in a later version that does not include it, this is probably the place to look. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
