Misleading Korean checkbox label in KDE Print Manager
### DESCRIPTION
In KDE Print Manager, the checkbox for accepting print jobs is translated into
Korean as "인쇄 작업 수락 중".
The suffix "중" suggests that an action is currently in progress. As a result,
the label sounds like a status message rather than an option for controlling
whether new print jobs are accepted.
### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the KDE Plasma display language to Korean.
2. Open System Settings → Printers.
3. Select a configured printer and open its properties.
4. Observe the checkbox labeled "인쇄 작업 수락 중".
### OBSERVED RESULT
The checkbox is labeled "인쇄 작업 수락 중", which may be interpreted as "Currently
accepting print jobs".
### EXPECTED RESULT
The label should clearly communicate that the checkbox controls whether new
print jobs can be accepted.

- "새 인쇄 작업 받기" (Accept new print jobs)
- "인쇄 작업 접수 허용" (Allow accepting print jobs)
