kf6-kimageformat-plugins is missing from
https://origin.archive.neon.kde.org/user/dists/noble/ since at least 10/21, but
it is available for amd64 and was previously available in the past on arm64.
Is it normal to push a release before all architectures are completed or is
this a bug?
