Positioner: Remove invalid or nonexistant files Adds a signal so that whenever a file is deleted/moved to trash, we know to remove it from positioner configuration. On listing completion, we now get a list of items that actually exist, so that positioner can remove the extraneous files. Iterate over all resolutions and skip files that do not exist in our position array during saving.
