formats in Regional Settings

DESCRIPTION:
Please allow independent controls in KDE Plasma's Region and Language settings.
I'm specifically looking for the ability to independently customize date and
time settings.
My personal preference isthe U.S. date format (MM/DD/YY), with 24-hour time
(HH). I've been having to create custom locales and modifying environment
variables. I would like to be able to select MM/DD/YY & HH from a list, not
have to fiddle with custom formats that don't always carry over into the other
KDE apps and settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings > Region & Language
2. Examine available regional formatting options
3. Try to configure MM/DD/YY & HH:mm (24-hour time: e.g., 13:00, instead of
1:00 PM)
OBSERVED RESULT
The current settings do not provide straightforward, user control over the date
and time formats.
EXPECTED RESULT
I would like separate date and time formatting, with the following options.
- Date: MM/DD/YY (10/27/26) or MM/DD/YYYY (10/27/2026)
- Time: HH:mm (13:00)
- Combined: 10/27/26 13:00 or10/27/2026) 13:00.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System:KDE Linux 2026-10-27 08:35
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.32.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have experimented with custom locale definitins and LC_TIME settings to get
to this combinations. A graphical setting would be much more convenient and
would allow consistent formatting among KDE applications.
