I'm sorry, while I am happy that you've taken the time to make a report, this
is not a useful bug report. Krita does not "lag" in a generic way. If you
experience problems like you describe, it _is_ a local problem, caused by
issues on your system. You might have created an image that is too big for your
computer to handle, you might accidentally have enabled the stabilizer, there
might be something running in the background that slows Krita down, but Krita
does not "lag" in general, on all systems. Especially on Windows, there can be
hundreds of reasons for one program to run less smoothly than another program
on the same system, like enabling compatibility mode for some program. And
since that's the case, there is honestly nothing we can do to investigate and
fix the issue in the code.
