            Bug ID: 527900
           Summary: Unresponsive desktop icons
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First 6.7.5
       Reported In:
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

  Target Milestone: 1.0

Created attachment 197713
  --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=197713&action=edit
Output for the command: "coredumpctl dump --output plasmashell"

DESCRIPTION
Desktop icons become uninteractable and appear on the left-most monitor instead
of their intended positions. Dragging does not display the select highlight.
Right-clicking works on the background only.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some icons on your desktop. .txt files were used in my case.
2. Log in to desktop.

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop icons appear on the wrong monitor and become uninteractable. Dragging
does not show the select highlight. Right-clicking works, but only if it is not
on an icon. Using Dolphin to modify the contents of the desktop folder will not
result in any updates in which icons appear on the desktop.

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop icons appear where they were left. Icons should be interactable and
drag clicking on the desktop should display a select highlight
