Pushed by niccolove into branch 'master'. components/calendar: Don't turn years 0-99 into 1900-1999 Clicking a day in a year before 100 AD, for example January 1st, 60, showed January 1st, 1960 in the calendar header, and the clicked day was not highlighted as selected. Create the dates with setFullYear(year, month, day) instead, which takes the year literally.
