DESCRIPTION
When using KDE’s device eject button on thunderbolt SSDs, the only partition is
removed, however the nvme device also requires a removal which is not done by
KDE. This causes SSD SMART’s unsafe shutdown to increase if just pull out the
SSD after pressing eject button.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect a thunderbolt SSD and press mount button in widget
2. Check unsafe shutdown count in SMART info
3. Press “Safely remove” button and unplug the SSD
4. Connect SSD and check unsafe shutdown count again

OBSERVED RESULT
The count value would increase

EXPECTED RESULT
The value shouldn’t change

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If I run the following command to remove nvme device before unplug, the count
value won’t increase:

echo 1 > /sys/class/nvme/nvme*/device/remove
