The separate 'Configure Notifications' window that came up empty no longer exists: since Plasma 6.0 per-event settings are shown inline in System Settings (https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/3055), and the Configure button on a notification only opens the app's page there.
