ffmpeg -y -loop 1 -framerate 1 -i image.png -i sound.wav -shortest
test_video.mp4
This mp4 video file with 1 fps, produced with command above, made with a image
and a wav file, will only display the video image when the play is at the
middle. Using a player like mpv will display the video since the start.
