DESCRIPTION
The default state of this KCM has no wallpaper selected (while "Hanabi"("Next")
being used). In this state, "Always use light variant" has no effect, until I
manually select a wallpaper.
This also affects the lockscreen wallpaper setting.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new user and login with Plasma.
2. Open systemsettings.
3. Apply Breeze Dark global theme.
4. Open Wallpaper KCM. Notice that "Hanabi" is not selected despite being the
current wallpaper.
5. Select "Always use light variant". Press "OK".
OBSERVED RESULT
Hanabi dark variant is still used.
EXPECTED RESULT
Hanabi light variant is used.
