Fix desktop attached tooltips not inheriting Plasma styling with Qt 6.12 We have a workaround for Qt defaulting to QQC2 styling for attached tooltips on our desktop. The problem is, they changed the property name were relying on in Qt 6.12 (more info in bug report), so our workaround doesn't work anymore. And we now have distros like OpenSUSE or CachyOS which have already jumped the Qt ship, meaning our fix no longer works in Plasma 6.8 there. This patch adds a new property name to the workaround, but keeps the old code path too because we still depend on 6.11 as a minimum.
